Summer Concerts in the Park:

During the summer a series of free and wonderful concerts are held at Ober Park with plenty of space for family picnics and kids sliding down the grassy knolls. Anything from blues to jazz to acoustic to bands can be on the docket. It is quite the community experience. And all for FREE!

1st Friday of each month:

Stores stay open later. Galleries open in the evening serving wine, crackers, etc. Great night to cruise around and mingle with people from all walks.

July ? ? ? 2007. Carnival, parades on Sat and Sun, pancake breakfast, lots of booths and music. Check out their home page at www.vashonchamber.com for all the festival times and schedules (as they get them). Applications for vendors and parade participants are also there to print off. Beer Garden behind Vashon Subway on Friday night and Saturday, wine tasting Sat from 2-7 pm at Windermere office.
